If I run the kobopatch.bat in the KoboPatchFan folder in my documents manually then nothing happens. I just see for a split second the cmd window and then it's gone.
It has something to do with my documents folder and the write protection or permission like you said. Is it possible to change the working directory from my documents to desktop?
