You take a look at the bottom of the page. If you don't see ePub in the left hand column under eBook details (Détails du livre numérique) or Desktop & ereaders in the You can read this item section (Vous pouvez lire cet article avec l'une des applications), you are going to need to use a Kobo app to read the book.
