You can just prepare an µSD card with the image which will give you a serial number of N249000000000. To modify that serial number, before copying the image to your new µSD card, use a hex editor to change the serial number at 0x200 into the image. The serial number is found multiple places in the image but the one at 0x200 seems to be the one that matters.
