Sideloading Handwriting Recognition System to use My Notebooks in Libra Colour?

I notice that the My Notebooks feature in Libra Colour requires a download of the Nebo handwriting recognition system in order to start using the Advanced Notebooks feature.

This is a problem that was partially discussed in a previous post with the Sage:

[update: corrected link. Thanks, Aleron]

The issue was never resolved. It was discovered that the 4 files are needed:

myscript-iink-recognition-math.zip
myscript-iink-recognition-diagram.zip
myscript-iink-recognition-raw-content.zip
myscript-iink-recognition-text-en_US.zip

The previous poster was unable to figure out how to sideload these files to make it working. Does anyone know where should these files go on the Libra Colour (supposedly, these files are device independent)?

Perhaps this is akin to install dictionaries manually onto a sideloaded device on your own. Would be great if someone can figure this out.
