If anyone is interested, I've updated the links in the first message in the
List of Official Kobo Dictionaries (v3) thread to work with the current URLs. Oddly most of the download links did not need the v3 in the link but some of them did.
As far as I can tell, the 29 dictionaries all download though since the small Japanese dictionary seems to need a manual install since the Japanese dictionary download on my Sage downloads the large Japanese dictionary.
