There are three separate sources that could come into play.
  • The Eink display
  • The LCD display
  • The LED light
Can you determine what makes this appear worst?
Does color content vs B&W make a difference?
Does changing the LED lighting make a difference?
Can a video recording catch a "dip" or "flash"?
Can a screen capture catch any interim effect?
