My friends Kobo Aura Reader (2nd edition) is completely unresponding to anything. It has a screen freeze (since very long apparantly) and seems to be 'dead'. I've already tried the usual things and now my last hope is on a format of the sd-card and reinstalling de image of de SD-card.

When I put the SD-card in my laptop it said it had three partitions, two were unformatted partitions and the other partition holds the software. Is that even correct? And how to reformat the SD-card? Do you sent instructions with the image?

I'm not quite sure at this moment if the device is MK6 or MK7, does it matter for the image? Otherwise sent both if possible.
