On Sauquill Island off the coast of Providence, dark dangerous forces are at work. Strange lights color up the sky at night. Screams can be heard ringing through the dark. And when Jay Sinclair arrives from Boston – looking for some peace and quiet – he starts to fall under her influence and become involved with her life. Why is the main town so very quiet?
