They haven't responded to me either (they haven't ever seemed to respond to email, but at least eventually did if you used the form on the web site). I'm still waiting for an explanation of why my 5% early rebate didn't post from last week.
I know they read this forum --- please get someone to check into this backlog of customer correspondence!
