How can I create a column that will give me the number of tags in a given column?

I want to find the books that have only a couple of shelves from Goodreads, but it's impossible to go through 3900 books. Would be nice if there was a way to have a column spit out the number of tags in a given shelf - OR

Is there a way of easily finding out how many tags a book has? Some kind of tag browser manipulation that will let me say "books with 3 tags" and I will end up with a list of the books with only three tags in that column?

Many multiple tagged columns.
