Plato compatibility with Libra Colour?

What is the current compatibility of Plato with the Libra Colour and Clara Colour?

I can't find any specific info on the compatibility, even on the developer's GitHub.

Also, given the current state of KOReader, I don't want to use the one-click installer to install BOTH KOReader and Plato. Is there a standalone installer for Plato only?

Lastly, if it is compatible, is there any major advantage of Plato over the default reader in Libra Colour in reading PDF? Am I correct that since Libra Colour supports annotating with a stylus, the annotation on a PDF can be saved with the PDF and then exported with annotation marks embedded inside the PDF (unlike ePub) like any other annotation software?
