I bought mine earlier this year from Waterstones, shipped to Spain (the only company I could find at the time who would do so).
Had some delivery problems though as the telephone number I provided when ordering was not carried over by either Waterstones or their courier to the package and they were unable to contact me to deliver.
Waterstones were most unhelpful in resolving this.
The prices included UK VAT.
