As KevinH mentioned in your other thread - this isn't specifically a Sigil problem, but more of a Kindle issue. They may be able to better answer Kindle type questions in that thread.
You will more than likely need to provide some extra info about the problem... My guess is that the spine in the .opf file isn't registering the chapter properly???
