Maybe not. It's €3.99 on Kobo Ireland (and Kobo travelling seems to have stopped working). They seem to be the only place not offering the SAME titles on UK and Ireland!

Using Kobo airlines I was able to travel to India to buy an eBook on April 3, 2024. NO problem buying the eBook.
