If you don't use the buttons you have to swipe to turn pages?
Seriously, is there anyone who wants to swipe through an entire book?
What's the matter with tap if it you aren't using buttons?
I think the reviewers are confused. Unless the manual is wrong, you can turn the page either by tapping or by swiping (same as my Glowlight 3).

From the manual...

Quote:
To turn to the next page, either:

Tap anywhere along the right edge of the page. Swipe to the left. (To
swipe left, you place your finger on the right side of the page and
slide it quickly to the left, as though you were flipping the page of a
printed book.)

If it's like my Glowlight 3, you can either turn the Nook off completely (if you do that the book won't automatically open when you turn it back on). But if you tap the power to put it asleep, it will open to the page you were on.

Again, assuming it's like my Nook Glowlight 3, there is no support for sleep covers with Nooks. You just tap the off/on button when you close the cover and do the same when you open it.

That's the same as the Glowlight 3. Kind of like a Kindle with ads.
