While listening to the WHO rep speak on the swine flu yesterday, the word "mitigation instead of containment." He explained the different methods, but somehow, "mitigation" does not seem to be the best word in this circumstance. Simply using "limiting the spread instead of containing the outbreak" seems to be much clearer, I think.

Did anyone else notice this awkward phrasing?
