1. Double-click on Control Panel.
2. Double-click Administrative Tools.
3. Double-click on Computer Management.
4. Click on Services and Applications.
5. Right-click on WMI Control and select Properties.
6. Click on the Security tab.
7. Click on Root.
8. Click the Security button.
9. Somewhere on this screen is the problem, I think. Right now I've got Administrators, Everyone, LOCAL SERVICE, and NETWORK SERVICE all list, and all with Allow permissions. Not sure which you need to add to get Calibre to work for your account.
