Flooding. We had very little rain for the past few months. Then 10 days ago we had 4", and a few more inches Friday, and then last night through this morning as much as 11" in some areas. There's some of the worst street flooding in Houston this morning that people have seen in years with many homes flooded. Not a good day for many people here.
