Jon, please find a seat in the corner with your conical hat. If you had bothered to look at Kobo's US page, you would notice that all instances of Libra Colour and Clara Colour are spelled with a u in colour. I tested this using the Tor browser from multiple locations.

See attached image. If you want to check other sites such as FNAC, you will notice that the proper names of the ereaders are not translated:
