Hi Shet - this looks like the same problem that NegevRain is having. My answer to you is the same as to them - what version of calibre are you running and on what operating system? Run calibre in debug mode and include all the output.
Running the latest version of this plugin on calibre 7.7 on Windows 10 for me everything works perfectly fine.
