Hi,
There are cases where multiple covers are included in the PDF such as alternate comic covers, volumes of magazines where each issue has its own cover, and combined PDFs / portfolios. I request a feature / plugin that scans the entire publication, allowing the user to select or specify page numbers of the cover and calibre will generate a sheet that collects all cover in one image.
