I'm looking for a way to do this
without involving my computer and Calibre, since these will be for quick disposable reading and are released twice a week. There are plenty of good tools to epubify a webpage.

Paragraph spacing is for children's picture books. Indent at the start of a paragraph is better. Esp on smaller ereaders.

I also prefer indents, but that still doesn't help me with the missing section breaks.
