To be honest I had given up looking some time ago, when Amazon had just stopped selling it and you probably hadn't put it in the public domain yet. And I never thought of visiting your website!
Then yesterday I bought my first ebook reader, browsed for some free resources and add-ons, and within ten minutes I had found you and your novel. You've made yourself a new fan, and thanks for the kind reply.
