Whenever I read these types of posts, I can't help thinking how much of a basic user I must be with my ereader.
I have a Kobo and love it. There is nothing I want to change, though a "skip to next chapter" button would be handy.
I had a Kindle Gen 2 for about a decade, and while I could happily read on it, I always struggled with it. Couldn't sort my books the way I wanted them. Then Amazon brought in Sets/Collections to the Kindle, and half the books in the set were in the set, others weren't.
Sometimes I just don't "get" what everybody complains about.
