We are looking locally but given the time frame, we are more getting reacquainted with what is available and pricing. We are going to hit a few open houses over the next while. Our preference is to wait until the wind down is closed so we have the money on hand and then start looking more seriously in the time before the close and the start of construction. During that time, there will be no rent, no strata fees, no taxes, etc. as the development company will be acting as the owner/landlord.
