Replacement batteries for the Mars have shown up on Ebay and Amazon, at least here in Europe. Search for the original "Boyue CLP307499" type, they're actually reasonably priced. It's ready to plug in with the small charger pcb included.

My Mars is now in its fifth year and it's getting a bit short of breath too.
