Basically, just move the downloaded icons to folder (Pocketbook):
\applications\koreader\resources\icons\mdlight and rename them according to the original name of the icon you want to replace. Certainly nothing complicated for you.
At the moment I need to choose the right (adequate) icons for the top menu.
