I was looking at your log files and it appears you are obtaining books from LibGen which is a rather well know pirate site.

As for your file name length issue, you might want to try moving your calibre autoimport directory closer to the root of the drive and with a shorter name. Your ebook name is 232 characters without the path which is pushing the 260 character max path length. You could also try setting your Windows to allow longer paths. See How to Make Windows 10 Accept File Paths Over 260 Characters for some how to information. A caveat is that I have never tried this with calibre so I'm not sure if calibre is able to use the longer paths.
