Did you mean 5.16.2 to 5.16.2.1.1 instead of 16.4.2?
The amazon site offers older firmwares but writes devices names next to it, I wonder if the
- Kindle Paperwhite (7th Generation) 5.16.2.1.1 firmware is ok on the Kindle Scribe.
Don't want to fuck up the device I just received.
Also once on Koreader, can I use wifi as much as I feel like without having any software update from the device and put books on it wirelessly from calibre? Because it you can't I might simply just stay with the original firmware, which is pretty good as it is for reading comics and books.
