Hello All,

The web browser on kindles with firmware 5.16.2.0 is pretty useless. I tried skipstone and midori. Skipstone opens, but still not functional. Midori doesn't even open.

Is there a way(documenatation) to compile chromium or any better browser for kindle in 2024 ?

Alpine on Kindle works. But the battery consumption is pretty high. Logging out of Linux, sometimes ends up in a blank screen, after restart.
