I keep coming back here as a reference, you guys really made quite the list.
I have been able to find most of these so far, with the notable exception of the Edge series.

Having a lot of fun reading this genre, was not expecting to enjoy Louis L'amour books so much.
Looking to read How the West was Won and Hopalong Cassidy next and definitely want to read Estelman soon.
