I assume you're doing this by USB?

The koreader directory and koreader.app need to be placed into the applications directory.

There should be another koreader.app file (smaller in size than the other) in that bin folder which needs to be placed in system/bin.

(The system directory may be hidden by default, make sure your file explorer settings are changed to show hidden files).
