Just to be clear, I thought the standard way of keeping CBZ files was one CBZ per chapter. So, you'd have:

- chapter-01.cbz
- chapter-02.cbz
- chapter-02.5.cbz

And that would naturally work. I've never seen CBZ files with subfolders in the wild.
