I would like the firmware image for a Kobo N249 Clara HD.

It seems like it's stuck on a bad firmware update. I bought it like this for $40. The owner says it doesn't charge, but never mentioned the firmware screen. I think what they meant is that it doesn't boot from firmware.

I left it plugged into a 5V charger for 20 minutes and held the power button until the port started whining. There's a faint coil/capacitor whine from the charging port.

Hoping it's just bad firmware.
