For those that want to read this for free, one month at a time, an easy way to get it to your ereader is to:
1) open up the current month's chapter.
2) click on the icon to print the chapter. this opens it up in another window, without all the extraneous junk on the page
3) click on your InstaPaper bookmarklet (let it send it to your Kindle automatically, even) or save the HTML from this page and convert to format of your choice.
