But it is something the author should have dealt with. Also, having an app where you have to guess what the menu does is not good. I can easily see why Apple removed Marvin. I do think the removal is justified.
If anyone is to blame, it's the author. If all the author had to do was change the menu coloring, then that should have been an easy enough fix.
