Am I correct in thinking that Kobo doesn't seem to allow you to remotely disconnect devices?

But suppose you lose your ereader or it gets stolen: doesn't that mean that from that point on, anyone possessing your device will be able to read all the books in your account, and even worse: will be able to buy new ones on the device with your credit card being charged?

Shouldn't Kobo have some interface where it allows you to disconnect devices from a central hub on a web page or something?
Or is there some other way to prevent the above scenario?
