Hey, I just got one of the new 16GB versions too. I already have an 8GB version from September 2022, and the old one is running 5.14.2. I'm trying to downgrade the new one to the same firmware for the interface and because the new firmware says "Cloud Not Available" in my Library because I'm in Airplane Mode.
If you decide to downgrade, let me know if it works. Currently the oldest firmware I can get on the new 16GB model is 5.14.3.0.1 and 5.14.2 fails with Error 02. Thanks!
