PM has been sent with the link to the N613 disk image. I have never used Win32DiskImager preferring the USB Duplicator Image Writer software. Several people using MacOS have successfully used BalenaEtcher. For some odd reason on the VConsole website, they refer to the image creator/image writer software as Flash Drive Image Creator/Flash Drive Image Writer.

I also recommend using a new µSD card since all too often the old card has failed.
