Is that from the Count Pages plugin? How would that work on a Kobo? Like this?
- If page numbers from Calibre / publishing tool exist, then use them
- If not, then use Adobe numbers
- If kepub then use kepub page numbers instead
- Optionally, show Adobe page numbers on the right-hand side
