I am so ambivalent about the air fryer thing. Firstly, I have a convection oven. I mean...just for the first damn thing. But secondly I have a life full of kitchen tools and gadgets. Blender, Food processor (Breville) (we make bread!), big-ass stand mixer (yes, yes, KitchenAid, of course) and all that, I have no idea where the hell I would put it. THIS house does not have room for a 60" stove or anything like it, trust me!

But I do hear a lot of good things!

We have a gas hob and a double stove wall mounted. One of the stoves is fan assisted. I do like the air fryer. It's easy to use and it cleans up pretty easily,
