Barnes and Noble package got stolen.
I live in a high rise and dumping a package outside the building to me is not "delivered" Some ass stole my package. B&N refuses to replace. Basically calling me a liar for tracking showed "delivered" Usually companies has insurance to cover these issues and will refund/replace it. I have no history of abusing deliveries. I am so red hot mad I can scream. I actually paid for expedited shipping to get UPS (where its held at a UPS location automatically) and they still sent it vis USPS. like WTF. Barnes and Noble lost my business. I am going to have my credit card company charge it back. So FU B&N you are going to eat the charge anyway. I should have just gone to my local store for th ebooks.
