Only easily and even then worse than a phone.

The long run time of an eink ereader on a charge is because it sleeps till you turn the page and sleeps while you read the page. Playing audio with bluetooth on totally negates the long running time of eink.
Also the screen on a phone is usually off when playing audio for listening to music or audiobooks, thus a big power saving. The Cell / Mobile connection and the screen are the two biggest power consumptions on a phone.
Thus there is no advantage to listen to audio on an eink ereader unless you are following the text at the same time, which is a rare activity.
