No, 666 is actually angelical
It sends the keyboard/mouse event to the Xserver instead of being temped to communicate with the application via some secret RPC. This means: you can control iLiad applications with a keyboard/mouse. And: you can use the iLiad buttons in your own reader apps simply as if they were some specific keys of a keyboard/mouse.
