I'll be honest and say I'm not sure where that MS Reader copy came from. What I wanted to do was take a quick look at a copy of
Turn Coat to see how bad it really is so I turned to the Darknet and found it. But, if I do like the series enough and get that far in reading it, I will purchase a copy legally.
