Calibre is adding eReader input and output support, but don't forget that Calibre format conversion is for DRM-free ebooks only. Assuming the metadata is accessible (which user_none is testing), you will also be able to manage your DRMed eReader ebooks via Calibre.

If all you want to do is convert from eReader to LRF, this is possible already with ereader2html (DRMed eReader only, stripping DRM may not be legal where you live) and then HTML to LRF via Calibre. After eReader is added to Calibre, an alternative will be ereader2ereader in two steps and then import the DRM-free eReader ebook.
