sigh. I
always wanted an AGA, but you don't get to see a lot of them here in the States and nobody in their right mind would want one where I live, where the prevalent climate is high desert (HOT HOT HOT) rather than the typical UK weather and temps. more sighing.
I compensated for it a
bit with a big-a$$ gas oven/range, Viking, for the log house (you guys may remember) and a soapstone surround/walls for the fireplaces that you could also use as overnight cooktops (awesome on oats!), but still...not an AGA.
