You can compare hashes.
Or just use Windows fc /b first_try second_try
(Although it will be slow.)
I guess that the loader works ok in this situation (maybe).
It still has the Motorola restrictions which might make it not work in other cases (or even this case).
Please get a GPT (printgpt) so I can see if the loader is a problem.
Or use the SDM662 loader as I suggested.
