Anyone done this before or know of a tutorial on how to do it?

If the libra 2 isn't the right device to do this with is there another device to use?
Basically, you would remove the current card, make a backup of it, copy the backup to the new card and then extend the FAT32 partition.

For detail, check the Memory Upgrade Mod Guide (With Pictures) thread.

If the Libra 2 will not handle a 1TB SDXC µSD card, then none of the other Kobo models will. I would recommend the Sandisk Ultra microSDXC 1TB card, the other two 1TB cards I tested had pathetic small block read/write speeds since they are optimized for video recording. I did put a 128GB SDXC µSD card in a Clara HD and it seems to be working okay other that getting slow when the database size is pushing the RAM size.

Also make sure you purchase whichever card you decide to go with from a reputable vendor & site. Too many Amazon vendors are selling either crap or counterfeit crap for me to be happy ordering from Amazon so I picked up one up at the local BestBuy for $2.50 Cdn more than the same card on Amazon.ca.
