Now with new memory, reinstall of Windows 11, update of MTP driver (shows date of 2006), Calibre 7.3... and Windows sees the device, but can't see inside. (So I can't manually upate it) and Calibre trying to get book list from device pulls up error, part of which says...

calibre, version 7.3.0

Same on my hubby's computer. We see it, but can't do a thing with it.

And we've been so busy trying to get my new stuff up and running it's been way back on the list to worry about.
